PE and Sports Funding Information

• The report prepared by the school under section 317(5)(a) of EA 1996 (duties of governing bodies in relation to special educational needs).  

This is currently being updated in line with Derbyshire County Council and NASEN recommendations for the new Code of Practice and Education, Health and Care (EHC) plans.  Our current policy is attached here: Special Educational Needs Policy. Our SEND Coordinator is Ms Jo Nash.
